Mr. Gingold & Jamie,

I have to write and say "Thank You" for helping me through the hardest time and problems I faced since I lost my husband. I'm so thankful for the day I opened that phone book and there you were! Oh I had called other attorneys but the treatment I got from them because they told me I would have to pay all my money up front. And the morning I asked God please send me someone to help me and I opened that phone book and made that phone call and Mr. Gingold told me he could help me! I cried all day because I know God answered my prayer! I know now I will and can make it and it was so hard for me to get myself in this situation but my child was left alone and I am still that Mom but I have stepped way back and I am taking care of my bills and myself and my daughter is getting financial help now. But Mr. Gingold I will always be grateful to you and Jamie for helping me and having that caring heart that you two people have! I will always pray God's blessings on you for helping me and I will never forget you all. I let people know when they bless me!

Thank you again,
J.H.

I've known Ira Gingold for over 40 years. He is the Dean of the Consumer Bankruptcy Bar in the metropolitan Atlanta area. I regularly refer consumer bankruptcy clients to him and his law partner, Jamie Gingold.

Dear Ira,

My wife and I want to thank you for representing us. Your advice, counsel, and expertise were invaluable to us. I am sure you are aware we just received our discharge.

Best Regards,
R.S.

Without your patience and guidance, I would still be putting up with the nasty phone calls. I appreciate your compassion and help.

Thank you. With much gratitude especially to you.

Dear Sir,

I have recently had cause to retain your firm for bankruptcy litigation, something that I never would have dreamed necessary earlier in my life. I have never done anything like it before and had never had voluntary involvement with a litigator other than closing on a house.

The reason for this letter sir, is to commend you on the professional and more importantly "caring" way you and especially your staff handled me and my case. I do not know how most bankruptcy cases are managed, but mine seemed to take quite a few unexpected turns (at least in my mind) including my ex-wife, her lawyer and a county government.

I had reason to contact your firm several times for advice and to modify my ongoing case. On these occasions I had the fortune to talk to one of your associates who guided me through all of the details and kept me informed as to my rights under the law and what I could do to expedite the case considering the eccentricities of my ongoing litigation.

I am referring to "Laura" of your office. She not only helped me through a very difficult time in my life, but I feel she went a little beyond the call of duty as my case took some unexpected turns with which I had no one else to turn to for advice. She was patient with me, but more so in my mind, more importantly, an advocate for me.

As you know, I do not have very much time left, my one wish was to have my wife (ex) unburdened of the debts I had incurred, so that she could live the rest of her life without that baggage. You and your staff accomplished that for me and for that I am eternally grateful.

I want to thank you for having the foresight to hire such a caliber of staff and I hope you let them know my gratitude.

With good thoughts and wishes,
S.R.

Before I came to see you, I felt like I was arranging chairs on the Titanic. Now that I don't have to pay all those old bills, I can relax enough so I can sleep at night. Thanks for stopping the foreclosure on my house.

I thought getting sick was the worst but having all these medical debts was even worse. You realized I would never be able to pay these. My case has completely turned my life around. Thank you.

You told me when I filed my case, that there would be no disadvantages but only advantages. This stopped all the mean telephone calls. Thank you for caring enough to get me to understand this.
